As our Solicitor, you will support the Head of Legal with provision of construction legal services to the London Divisions and other Divisions across Vistry. Those legal services extend to contentious and non-contentious legal work which includes tender reviews, drafting, negotiating of a variety of constructions contracts including ancillary documents, and advising on any issues/ disputes. Working closely with the regions within the London and other Divisions within Vistry, the role includes engaging with both the internal legal team, Vistry’s panel of external legal advisors and reporting to management on pertinent matters.
