You will work across the different areas of production including an automated cutting department, automated and manual production lines, product wrapping and dispatch, maintaining the highest level of safety, environmental and product quality standards.This is a new role for our current facility, setting up an entirely new team for an afternoon shift. We have an exciting opportunity for Factory Operatives to join us within Vistry Works at our brand-new East Midlands Factory in Coalville, Leicester. In this role, you will be working as part of a team in our Timber Frame Factory, producing engineered roof trusses and spandrel panels for housebuilding in accordance with production schedules. You will have the opportunity to learn new skills and operate amongst various workstations, handling the materials from delivery to finished product. This role operates Monday through Friday on a 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM shift. The starting hourly rate is £13.02, with an additional shift premium offered for working the afternoon schedule.
