We have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Finance Analyst to join our team within Vistry North West Midlands, at our office in Wolverhampton. As our Assistant Finance Analyst, you will play an integral role in the Regional Finance Team, taking responsibility for core transactional processing and financial control activities within the region.  An ambitious and proactive Assistant Finance Analyst is required to contribute to the continued success of the team. This role offers study support, and the successful Assistant Finance Analyst should have the ambition to progress through their studies towards a professional qualification.

More about the Assistant Finance Analyst role…

  • Ownership of regional bank transaction processing and reconciliation.
  • Raising sales invoices and undertaking credit control duties.
  • Processing plot deposits and completion transactions.
  • Balance sheet reconciliation preparation and variance analysis.
  • Checking and distribution of monthly cost reports.
  • Weekly cashflow forecasts and recharge invoicing for Joint Ventures.
  • Coordination of payment request forms, ensuring accuracy and sufficient authorisation.
  • Assisting in the preparation of schedules as required by Group Finance.
  • Supporting the Regional Finance Team in the month-end close process.
  • Contribution to ongoing continuous improvement of processes within the Region, and
  • Other ad hoc duties as required.
  • Study support included for progression of ACCA/CIMA.
