We have a great opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our team within Vistry West London, at our Ealing office. This is an ideal role for a competent administrator who will report into the Office Manager. This varied role will suit an organised and flexible individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

- GCSE in maths and English (or equivalent) at grade C or above
- Administration positions held previously
- Previous office environment experience
- Worked in a reactive & fast-paced position previously
- A high standard of IT literacy, including full proficiency in Microsoft 365 – Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive
- Demonstrable process implementation skills, including workload management
- Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office environment
- Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping
- Organised and efficient
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a larger team
- Excellent communications skills
- Experience in working in a fast-paced, changing environment where priorities can change daily
- Full time position 8.30am – 5pm

- Answering Reception telephone calls
- Greeting visitors / answering the doorbell – manage people signing in and give out security passes
- Assisting with all Post – collecting from downstairs, sending, receiving & distributing
- Franking Machine maintenance
- Parking App management
- Raising POs/ process invoices
- Assist with IT requirements
- Maintain Site teams/addresses
- Assisting with H&S requests for office
- New Starters – create key fobs, introductions around the office
- Coffee machine – maintenance and keeping in good working order
- Manage and order supplies of tea/coffees etc
- Milk / fruit orders
- Stationary orders
- First Aider / Fire Marshall
- Fire drills
- Working closely with all parties, the landlord, maintenances team (Phosters), Cynergi etc
- Office Maintenance
- Assist all teams with general admin duties as needed
- Assist with WL team & charity fundraisers events
