We have an exciting opportunity for a Future Talent Recruitment Partner to join the Vistry Group Recruitment Team. This is a nationwide role that will support our Future Talent Graduate and Trainee cohort intake annually, with a specific focus on the recruitment, and the design and delivery of interview processes and assessment centres.
There will be an opportunity to work with the wider group in organising and attending relevant early careers events, promoting the business as an employer of choice, and ensuring the Vistry brand is well known across educational establishments.
As our Future Talent Recruitment Partner, you will also forge and maintain strong relationships with current partners and look to engage with new partners that will enable us to diversify our talent pools and ultimately our workforce.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

- A minimum of 5 GCSE’s (at A* to C) inclusive of English & Maths
- IT Literate, with an ability to work within generic Microsoft Office packages, as well as bespoke systems

- Understanding of Government initiatives such as T-Levels
- Strong understanding of Apprenticeships and how they work
- Coordination and delivery of assessment centres for early careers recruitment
- Know the commercial importance of working with tight deadlines and strong processes
- Ability to display a business partnering approach and manage the expectations of each part of the business effectively
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to ensure flexibility when required
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise confidently with people of all levels
- Flexible to support all areas of the business, to attend events, various offices and site locations within the business as and when necessary
- Driving Licence essential in order to effectively support all areas of the business
More about the Future Talent Recruitment Partner role…
- Develop and execute strategies to attract top early-career talent, including partnerships with universities, trade schools, and apprenticeship programs. Promote the company as an employer of choice through career fairs, social media, and industry events.
- Review applications, evaluate candidates for technical skills, leadership potential, and cultural fit, ensuring a fair and inclusive selection process.
- Organise interviews and manage assessment centre organisation/facilitation with the support of the wider Recruitment and Future Talent teams.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates by tracking applications, engaging with potential hires, and collaborating with hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with business needs.
- Ensure candidates receive a positive application and interview process right through to offer stages.
- Work with our Social Value and Future Talent teams to ensure suitable candidates that go through our skills academies and undertake work experience with us are fed where appropriate into any interview processes for programme cohorts.
- Forge and maintain strong partnerships with external charities/businesses that will support in diversifying our workforce. Including but not limited to supporting women into housebuilding and working with our military partners.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS), and provide data-driven insights to enhance hiring efficiency.
