Role Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our team within Vistry Services’ Safety, Health & Environment team, at our Cotswolds office. As our Administrator, you will require excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

More about the Administrator role…

  • Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Providing administrative support to other staff members, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Handling basic financial tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking,
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Support the team with any additional tasks as required.
